Shipping policy
Every order ships from Singapore.
When your order ships
In Stock items are with us in Singapore and ship within 2 to 3 business days.
To Order items are bought from our suppliers in Japan after you order, shipped to us, inspected, then sent on to you. In Singapore, allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. International orders take about as long to be ready, plus the courier's transit time.
An order with both In Stock and To Order items ships in one parcel once everything is ready. If you'd like the In Stock items sent first, email us and we'll quote the extra shipping.
Rates
Flat per order, shown at checkout.
- Singapore: Standard S$5, Tracked S$8, Express S$40 (In Stock items only, within 12 hours)
- Malaysia: S$15
- Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea: S$45
- Japan, China, Mongolia, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: S$65
- United States: S$70
- Canada: S$75
- Middle East, Africa and South America: S$150
- All other countries we ship to: S$85
We choose the courier for each parcel. Your tracking number comes by email when the parcel leaves us.
Batteries
We don't ship batteries. Cameras that take one arrive without it.
Duties and taxes
International parcels ship with duties unpaid. Import duty, tax and any courier handling fee are charged to the receiver on arrival. They aren't included in our prices or shipping rates, so check your country's import rules before you order.
Delivery risk
International parcels travel at the buyer's risk once they leave Singapore with tracking. Our refund policy explains what that means if a parcel is lost or damaged.
Your address
Check your delivery address at checkout. We can't change it after the parcel ships, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address is re-sent at your cost.
