All items undergo final inspection and packing before shipment.
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Orders containing pre-owned or imported items may require up to 2-3 weeks for dispatch.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method:
- Local (Singapore): 1–3 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free or discounted shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

 

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

While all items are securely packaged, filem.sg is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers.
We will, however, assist in filing claims with the courier service where applicable.

filem.sg will not be held liable for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
